Barkley Cove is a 4 piece new acoustic folk group based in Lancaster, PA. Raised on collaborative songwriting, rich vocal harmony, and the folk revival records of the 60s and beyond, members Jillian Dolan (guitar), Yusuf Miller (mandolin), Silas Gross (banjo), and Robert Myers (bass) mix genres of folk, rock, country, and bluegrass to create a distinctly original sound that will linger in your ear long after the last chord. With the folky timbres of Fleet Foxes, the high energy drive of the Beatles, and the prolific songwriting of folk revivalists like Joni Mitchell and Bob Dylan, Barkley Cove pushes hard against boundaries of new folk music. Barkley Cove sets out to share their sonic experiences with audiences across the US, bringing people together from all walks of life and inspiring them to consider the beauty, complexity, and wonder of the world around them.
